Our Team

Tim began working in the transport refrigeration industry in 1987, gaining qualifications on Carrier, Thermoking, Frigoblock, Eberspacher and Heavac products.

From humble beginnings back in 1999, after seeing a niche in the market, Tim set up CRTS Ltd, knowing that with his wealth of experience he could persue his goals of providing a high quality service to his customers.

Tim enjoys motorcycle enduros and having relaxing weekend cruises in his yellow VW camper van, Mr Brightside.

Charlotte is responsible for the smooth running of the office, trailer hires, marketing and business development.

In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys Canicross training in the beautiful Cornish countryside with her dog, Jax, going to music festivals and weekends away in her classic camper.

Wayne is responsible for managing and booking in servicing and repair work and organising our engineering team.

In his spare time, Wayne enjoys watching the football and spending time with his family and dog, Ralph.

Louise manages all of our invoicing and accounting and has been with the Company since its beginnings in 1999.

Outside of work, Louise enjoys travelling to places with warmer climates and often goes hiking in America with her Husband, Alan.

Our longest serving engineer, Wayne joined CRTS in 2000, back when it was just him and Tim, his Brother-in-Law.

Wayne is a fountain of knowledge on all things refrigerated!

Wayne spends his leisure time restoring his VW camper van and competing in motorsport events.

Tony joined the company in 2012 after a career in the RAF where he was an aircraft technician.

In his spare time Tony enjoys riding his motorbike and spending time with his Wife, Claire, and two Sons.

Chris joined the team in 2013 after moving down from Hertfordshire where he was an automotive electrician.

When he is not repairing fridges, Chris uses his skills and knowledge in auto-electrics assisting with any vehicle electrical work including installation of dash cameras and tracking systems.

Outside of work he enjoys taking trips in his VW Campervan, surfing and watching live music.

Julian joined us in 2013. A multi-skilled engineer, when he is not repairing refrigeration units (mostly in the Devon area!) he can be found at our workshop in Bodmin carrying out body repairs.

In his spare time Julian enjoys restoring motorbikes, playing golf and watching football.

Matt joined the team in September 2019 as an apprentice refrigeration engineer. Following delays in his training due to the Pandemic and an interim stint as our Bodywork engineer, Matt is now back on the fridges and getting stuck into his training!

In his spare time Matt enjoys working on VWs and spending time with his family - which is lucky as he is now surrounded by us all!

Millie joined the office team in December 2020 to manage the body work side of the business and assist her colleagues with the smooth running of the office.

Outside of work, Millie enjoys arts and crafts and cooking.

Ben joined the team in July 2021 as our dedicated bodywork technician, carrying out damage repairs to refrigerated box bodies.
